6. AI-Generated Content

Our app uses artificial intelligence to estimate nutritional content from food photos. These estimates are approximations and may vary from actual values. Users should use this information as a general guide only.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

8. Intellectual Property

The CalMentor app, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (such as food photos and logs). By using our service, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our services.
